  • Products that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Customized or specially made products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are received damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

For verification, we may request clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the product and its packaging. Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will provide the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Return Process

Once your request is approved, we will provide further instructions regarding the return process.

If a return pickup is unavailable at your location, you may be required to ship the product back to our designated address.

Refund Policy

Once approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, if applicable, may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product received from our side.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled through the website. In such cases, you may contact our customer support team for assistance.
